Toronto Transcription system’s environmental commitments are focused on the areas in which we have the most significant impacts. We have made progress in each of these areas, but recognize that there is much more to do. We are committed to investing in a sustainable future for the Earth and for our business.

Design services with the Environment in Mind

·         Design service with a focus on: safe operation throughout the entire transcription service life cycle,  reducing energy consumption, avoiding environmentally sensitive materials, promoting dematerialization, and using equipments  that are capable of being recycled at the highest level

Reducing CO₂ from Transportation

·         Where possible avoid transportation of audio material to and from our operation centre. We encourage our client to transfer file electronically via secured internet connection.

Prevent Waste and Pollution

·         Operate our facilities to minimize harmful impacts on the environment.

·         Place a high priority on waste minimization, recycling and reuse programs, and pollution prevention.
